We believe every language
deserves to be heard.
MultiLangConvert is a free platform dedicated to making ancient, endangered, and regional languages accessible to curious people everywhere — students, writers, historians, travelers, and language lovers.
Our Mission
Language is humanity's most precious technology. Every language that goes silent takes with it a unique way of seeing the world — a set of metaphors, a body of literature, a framework for understanding time, family, and nature that exists nowhere else. MultiLangConvert exists to lower the barrier between curious people and the languages they want to explore. We build tools that are free, honest about their limitations, and genuinely useful — whether you're a student writing a paper on Viking history, a novelist adding authentic Creole dialogue, or simply someone who wants to know how to say "I love you" in the language of ancient Mesopotamia.
Radically Free
No paywalls for basic access. No required accounts. No dark patterns. Every core tool works the moment you arrive. Language exploration shouldn't require a credit card.
Honest About Limits
We explain openly where our translations are approximate, why endangered languages are hard to automate, and when you should consult a professional. Trust starts with honesty.
Education First
Every tool page includes cultural history, linguistic context, and pronunciation guides. We want you to understand the language — not just copy-paste a result.
Preservation Matters
We pay special attention to endangered and minority languages. By making them searchable, we help communities and researchers keep these languages visible in the digital world.
Works Everywhere
All tools are mobile-first, browser-native, and built without dependencies that require downloads or installations. Your phone, tablet, or laptop — it just works.
Privacy by Default
No accounts means no profile-building. We don't sell your data. We don't know who you are, and that's by design.
The Story Behind the Platform
MultiLangConvert started with a simple frustration: someone trying to translate a phrase into Old Norse for a tattoo and finding that every tool online either didn't support the language, produced garbled output, or required a subscription to get past the first result.
That frustration became a question: why are so many languages — the languages of the Vikings, the Sumerians, the Creole communities of Louisiana — effectively invisible on the internet? The answer was a mix of low commercial interest, limited training data for AI, and the tendency of the tech industry to optimize for languages spoken by the largest number of people.
We decided to build the opposite. A platform that specifically targets the languages that the big players ignore — ancient, regional, endangered, and culturally rich languages that deserve modern digital tooling as much as any other.
Every tool is built with three commitments: use attested linguistic data wherever possible, be transparent about what the tool does and doesn't do, and make the cultural context as accessible as the translation itself. Language without context is just a code. We want people to understand what they're reading.
"To lose a language is to lose a way of understanding the world that can never be fully recovered."
