Questions about plans
What is a credit?
One credit pays for one translation of up to 500 characters, about a short paragraph. A 1,200-character text on a paid plan uses 3 credits.
Why do I need an account after 50 translations?
The free credits let you test every translator. After that, an account lets us keep your credits safe across devices and show your translation history. Any free credits you have not used move to your account when you first sign in.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Purchased and plan credits stay in your account while it is open, so a quiet month is never wasted.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the link in your receipt email or ask us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund policy.
How do I pay from Pakistan?
With an international card, or by local bank transfer. After a bank transfer, send us the reference on the Pay by bank transfer page and we add your plan or credits within one working day.
Are the script tools free?
Yes. The rune, hieroglyph, cuneiform, Ogham, Greek, kana, Braille and Morse tools run in your browser and never use credits.
