Refund policy
We want you to be happy with MultiLangConvert. This policy explains when you can get a refund for a plan or credits.
Free translations
The 50 free credits every visitor receives have no cash value.
Subscriptions (Starter and Pro)
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- If you ask within 7 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 100 of the plan’s credits, we refund that payment in full.
- Renewal payments are not refunded once credits from that renewal have been used, except where the law requires it.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partly used packs are not refunded.
Technical problems
If a translation fails because of a fault on our side, credits are not deducted. If you were charged credits for a translation that did not arrive, contact us and we will restore them.
How to ask for a refund
Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Reply to your receipt email or contact us with your account email and the order number. Bank transfer refunds are sent back to the account they came from, within 7 working days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
